MEET YOUR FITNESS COACHES
Sadik Lue: Certified personal fitness trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) for over 10 years. Sadik Lue has been with multiple sports clubs and ultimately decided to branch out and create his own fitness company, Strivers Fitness. "As a kid, I grew up very athletic and skinny. I mastered the ability to build muscle mass, while remaining lean."
Specialties: TRX, Boxing, Sports Conditioning, Stretch + Core, Small Group Training and Kids Physical Fitness.
Christine Pardo: ACE certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.
In 2013, I weighed almost 250 lbs. I knew I had to change my entire lifestyle. I self trained; completely changing the way I ate and began working out 5 days a week and managed to lose 75lbs naturally.
My weight has always fluctuated. I fully understand how overwhelming and challenging loosing weight can be. With this in mind, I decided to become a certified fitness coach and nutritionist.
My personal mission is to help those who claim they have "no time" or are "too busy" to work out. There is always a way - and I'm here to help you through it every step of the way! If I could do it, anyone can.
I also pride myself in being KETO certified. I have personal knowledge in the Ketogenic lifestyle and I have the commitment and passion to help others.
